House cured, organic Scottish salmon, garden fennel & horseradish cream

Duck liver, roasted chestnut pate, spicy tomato chutney, toast

Winter beetroot, pickled walnut, Dorset Blue Vinney salad

Mains

Christmas special, Roast Somerset goose, traditional trimmings (for a minimum of 4 to 6 people)

Smoked haddock fish cake, wilted curly kale, lemon & parsley sauce

8oz Somerset Ribeye steak, winter Chanterelle mushrooms, roasted pumpkin, gravy

Roast squash, sage risotto

With sides of creamed brussel sprouts & chestnuts, roast root vegetables, roast potatoes.
